Our holiday house is located in Garfagnana–Media Valle del Serchio, which is a wonderful still unknown area of northwestern Tuscany, Italy. Our holiday house lies on a hill at 450 m. asl, in a nice secluded place, surrounded by chestnuts and thorntrees, on the edge of a hamlet, near Bagni di Lucca, a lovely spa-town at 25 km from Lucca, 50 km from Pisa and 85 km from Florence. Clearly the result of the talented design of the Italian architect Alberto Francini of Metrogramma, it leaves no detail unattended. Exposed beams, original terracotta tiles pavements and typical Tuscan rural furniture are among examples together with all the features of a modern house. Casa Ciesa will be your perfect starting point to explore the wonders of the Lucca area and of Tuscany.

Prices are per week, per property and include: taxes, bed linen, blankets, bath towels, kitchenware, sat-tv, log fire, cleaning (weekly), electricity, gas, water, washing machine. Cot/highchair: pls. ask availability before arrival. Extras: laundry service, extra single/couch bed, dinner, heating. Heating costs: 15 Euro per property, per day. (to be paid onsite). Pets: 40 Euro/week.
A deposit equal to 30% of the total rent, in Euro, by wire transfer or credit card through paypal, paid net of all bank or paypal charges, is due to confirm your reservation. Balance: cash (Euro), on arrival.
