This captavating home is located in "The Palms", a subdivision of Lake Davenport Estates in the Orlando area. This stylish decorated home sleeps 2-10 people. It boasts a spacious living room, eat in kitchen, dining room. and full laundry room. There is also an inground, screened in pool with lanai.
The home comes complete with all linens, bath towels, all kitchen appliances large and small, and Beach towels. You don't need anything but your family and clothes. And pack light, because there is a washer and dryer. You don't want to be bringing dirty clothes back home on the plane!

Numerous shopping opportunities exist with several outlet malls, local shops, and restaurants all close by. There is a Publix's and a Walmart located within 2 minutes from the house. The area is also served by many great golf courses.

Experience the difference vacationing in a spacious, luxuriously appointed home in a beautiful upscale village setting. With comfortable accommodations, convenient location, and affordable rates, our guests are assured a memorable vacation experience.
A $250.00 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure all reservations.
Weekend arrivals/departures preferred.
There is a cleaning fee of $100 for bookings less than 7 nights.
