• The Best Rate Guarantee applies only to Discounted Hotel reservations made via this website.
• Discounted Hotels are denoted with a special icon next to the property listing.
• The Best Rate Guarantee applies only if you find a lower rate for the same room type (that must be available for booking), at the same hotel, on the same dates, in the same currency, on another website selling hotel reservations.
• The Best Rate Guarantee is for the "Discounted" Hotel base room rate only and does not include any taxes, tariffs or fees.
• The Best Rate Guarantee applies to discounted rates for senior citizens (including AARP rates), travely industry rates (e.g. IATA), corporate negotiated rates, Government/Military rates and AAA rates.
• To cancel your reservation, fill out the completely and submit it to us within 24 hours of making your Hotel reservation.
• The Best Rate Guarantee Request Form must be submitted by the person who made the reservation.
• If the lower rate on another travel website can be verified to our satisfaction, we will refund your money.
• If your reservation is made at the last minute or within a particular Hotel's cancellation window, the Hotel's cancellation policy prevails over the HotStays.com guarantee and therefore, the user would be subject to the particular Hotels cancellation policy.
• Payment of the cancellation is subject to these terms and conditions and will be credited to credit card used to guarantee the reservation within three (3) business days.
