Our beautiful home features an expansive ocean view from the huge pool with lava rock waterfall and lanai where the main level of the home wraps around the pool for total privacy. It is located in an very quiet, upscale neighborhood close to The Walua Trail - a historic, 3 mile trail used for early morning walks, biking or jogging.
Two miles downhill is the Keauhou shopping center and Magic Sands Beach is a mile past the shopping center (3 miles from house). Keauhou Golf Course is only 5 minutes away! Kona Town is 10 mintues away.
Keauhou Bay offers early morning kayaking every Mon, Wed and Fri. Often you can swim with the dolphins, and see whales 20' away!
Tropical breezes, with fragrant smells float through the air and you can often smell Kona coffee roasting in nearby orchards.
Four large bedrooms (master included) with king size pillowtop beds are situated around the pool and lanai which gives you total seclusion. They are all decorated with rattan furniture and have full bathrooms with a tub/shower, toilet, vanity w/built-in hair dryer, tv's, refrigerator, and ceilinig fan and WI FI.
The large master bedroom on the main level also features a king bed, rattan tropical furniture, jetted tub, and huge double-headed shower with view to the secluded back yard dripping with tropicana.
This home is very clean and has screens on all windows and doors. The cleaning crew takes great pride in making you feel like this is your own home. Our sheets are Egyptian Cotton. There is an abundant supply of towels and beach towels. We also supply beach chairs, cooler, and mats.
The 5th bedroom on lower level has a pillow top queen bed, TV and ceiling fan. There is also a family room with two sofa/beds that make into full beds. The spring mattresses on these sofa beds are quite comforable.
The extra-large kitchen features two islands, skylight, ceiling fan and is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. There is a gas bbq on back lanai. The sunken living room which views the private back yard features cathedral ceilings, big bamboo furniture, TV, VCR, and a fountain.
There is High Speed Internet and wireless available for your laptop.
The secluded back yard has an big bamboo outdoor shower and the back yard is large enough for outdoor games and patio for barbecuing. It has also hosted a few small weddings!
There is also a utility room with washer and dryer and extra refrigerator.
Wake up to the birds chirping outside your window and the heavenly tropical smells wafting through the air.
The 16-foot by 30-foot pool is situated inside the home on the large lanai overlooking the ocean, Kona, and Hualalai Mountain.

Our home sleeps 12 comfortably, and then there is an adjacent home to this one, that will be available as a vacation rental (either 5 bdms or 2 bdrms rentable)--thus accomodating a large group of people if our home is not quite large enough for your entire group.
