My wife and I are Wyndham Ocean Walk Resort owners on the Points System. We exchange our yearly allotment of points for the weeks we choose to stay at this resort. By booking your reservation online (not through the hotel) you avoid paying a 12% local tax (which comes out to $135.63 for 7 nights in a 1BR Deluxe unit) . If you desire to visit Daytona Beach during a certain week: Spring Break, Daytona 500, Bike Week, Speed Wee k, please let me know well in advance (one year in advance is preferable). Deposit Policy: Your credit card will be charged the total cost of your reservation at time of booking. No reservation is guaranteed until full payment is received. A credit card is required to secure a $100 refundable security deposit at check in. Cancellation Policy: 100% Refund if cancelation occurs not more than three days after your Reservation is confirmed. No shows and early departures will not receive any refunds (forfeit 100% of the total balance). Some holidays and special events may have different guidelines. Some holidays and special events may be cancelled up until 11:59 p.m. thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Check-in : 4pm Check-out: 10am Daily Housekeeping is available at an additional charge. Campers and/or trailer parking not permitted. Parking garage clearance is 7'6". Additional parking available at municipal garage across the street for a charge of $10 a day for resort guests. A credit card is required to secure a $100 refundable security deposit at check in. * Visa, Mastercard and PayPal and Personal Checks Accepted. Checks are not accepted 30 days prior to arrival. * Pets are not permitted. * Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in.
