Black's Cliff is a four season family oriented resort located near Minocqua, Wisconsin in Hazelhurst on Lower Kaubashine Lake. We occupy 3/4 mile of beautiful shoreline with towering pines and white birch. All eleven cabins offer a lake view and are spaced to insure privacy. The cabins have all been newly remodeled while retaining their famed "Northwoods" charm.

All of the Black's Cliff Resort cabins are heated, with ten boasting beautiful stone fireplaces like the one you see pictured here at Muskie Inn. You will find firm beds, with pillows and plenty of warm blankets for your comfort. Free firewood is provided and neatly stacked by each home. Large screened porches provide a panoramic view of the lake, and are curtained for privacy and stormy weather. The SWINGING BEDS on the porches are great for peaceful napping during the day and delightful sleeping at night.

Cabin Information

Bayview, Wildflower and Restawhile. All three cabins are identical two bedrooms. They have one bathroom with a shower. All three have a wood burning fieldstone fireplace with a glass door. Bed sizes are one queen and one double in each bedroom. Bayview and Wildflower have a hydabed in the livingroom. Each includes a TV, full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, and all the pots and pans you will need. Firewood is also supplied. Cabin pictured is Wildflower. Check in is at 1:00 pm. Check out is at 10:00 am.

Birchwood is our largest two bedroom cabin. It has one bathroom with a shower. Birchwood has a fieldstone fireplace. Bed sizes are two queens one twin. Includes a TV, full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, and all the pots and pans you will need. Firewood is also supplied. Check in is at 1:00 pm. Check out is at 10:00 am.

Eagles Nest is our most private cabin with its own dock and 100 feet of woods between it and the resort. The cabin has 2 bedrooms with a queen in each and two twin day beds in the livingroom. Eagles Nest has a firepit on the outside of the cabin and beautiful french windows looking out at the lake inside the cabin.

Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Prices do not include 8.5% sales tax.
Checks or cash accepted no credit cards.
Prices subject to change due to energy prices.

Deposit
December 26th - January 3rd half of rent is required for deposit.
Any other time, one night's deposit required.
Deposit is applied to the last night of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
$30 will be deducted from your returned deposit only if the cabin can be rented for the full amount booked.
If we are unable to rent the cabin for the full amount, deposits are not returned.

2 - 3 night minimum night stay depending on the weekend.

Extra People beyond the cabin limit will be charged $20/nigiht. Children 3 and under are free. Children 4 - 12 are 10/night and count as a half person.
