Windsor Palms offers many resort type amenities to make for a great holiday. We have 2 types of vacation rentals properties: three bedrooms condominiums and 2 bedrooms condominiums. There is a 7000sq ft luxury clubhouse with many leisure facilities including a gym and fitness room, a game room that includes a ping-pong table, 2 pool tables and video arcade machines. There is also a 50-seat movie theatre where you can see movies for free!!! Also our resort has a convenience sundry and gift store at the Club House. The team working in the store is all local and can give great advice on directions, great places to eat and great places to visit during your vacations. Outside, the activities just keep getting better; the center piece is the large heated swimming pool, with a jacuzzy - hot tub and kiddies pool, and then there are tennis courts, a sand volleyball court and basketball courts. There is a special play area for our younger visitors and an area where you can even have your own family BBQ. All sports equipment is available free for guests to hire from the sundry store. There is a secure gated entrance with 24hr guard for your piece of mind.
Our Coconut Palm Way Condo is a large 3 bedrooms / 2 baths condo in Windsor Palms, with over 1200 sq.ft. The master suite has a King-sized bed, cable TV, VCR, telephone, walking closet, ceiling fan, computer with dial-up internet access and its own full bath. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, telephone, VCR and Cable TV. The second bedroom shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds, cable TV, DVD and alarm clock. All 3 bedrooms have big closets. The living room has a full-sized sleeper sofa. In the living room entertainment center we've provided Cable TV, VCR player, video game machine (Nitendo 64), DVD, and a Stereo with CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Booking procedure, payment terms and deposit
· Guests should contact us to check availability and price
· Provisional bookings will be held for one day
· A booking will only be considered firm when the reservation deposit of #120 / $180 has been received and we have confirmed the booking
· The balance is due 8 weeks before the date you arrive at the apartment
· Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of booking.
. After reservation is paid in full, we will send a Rental Agreement, Reservation
Confirmation and Registration Form. These documents need to be signed and return
to the owner immediatelly. Reservations are not consider final until these documents are received. |
