Sited on a quiet and unique Promenade development from 1900, where the houses face just a sidewalk, with parking behind. This is a quiet location set amidst giant mango trees and tropical vegetation, with so much to see and do within walking distance - or just relax with your favorite beverage on the big covered front porch after exploring or a day at the beach.

This 2-story vintage home has a light-filled 25' x 15' bedroom/bath suite on the 2nd floor, with windows on all sides for viewing the tropical, historic neighborhood. Queen bed and tropic style furnishings including sitting area and desk with cable high speed internet access. A day bed provides additional sleeping options for 1 or 2 more persons. Downstairs is appointed with antiques, oriental carpets and tropical high end furnishings and sofa bed. Living, dining. Laundry, half bath and kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own delicious meals. Deluxe cable, DVD library and CD player too. The large front porch with ceiling fans and wicker furniture overlooks the Promenade, and friendly passers-by. Don't forget to try the hammock for a lazy afternoon snooze. We encourage you to bring your smaller, well-behaved dog - a wonderful dog park is located just a few blocks away. Sorry, no cats. A very nice kennel/dog daycare establishment is also located just a few blocks away.
