Our Suites (for 2 people) feature one bedroom with a king bed; private bath; living room with queen sleeper sofa; dining area; fully equipped kitchen including microwave, blender, dishwasher, washer/dryer; breakfast bar seats four; living room and bedroom have sliding glass doors which open onto a private balcony overlooking the water; A/C, ceiling fans, large walk-in closets with in-room safe, cable TV in living room and bedroom, stereo with CD player, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, beach towels, elevator access and private parking.

Our condos provide you with everything you could possibly need on a vacation. From the convenience of the dish washer and the washer/dryer to the relaxing heated pool you will find that your stay will be very peaceful and stress free. We have suites for two people and retreats for up to six people, so you can go with just the spouse or you can bring the kids along.
You will be located in Pelican Landing Resort on Garrison Bight Marina. This resort is within walking distance of world class charter fishing and diving, a short bicycle ride to the charm of Old Town and right in the heart of Key West. This waterfront resort with dockage also includes a heated pool, private balconies and much more to accommodate you during your stay.

Key West Hideaways Rental Policies
Rates.
Published rates are based on standard occupancy, do not include an 11.5 percent sales and room tax, are in U.S. dollars, and are subject to change without notice. Additionally there is a $25 processing fee charged for each reservation. Higher Rates may apply during Holiday Periods and / or Special Events.
Deposit.
Deposit equal to one night's stay or 50 percent of stay, whichever is greater, applies.
Cancellation. Full refund, less $25 cancellation fee, upon 30 days notice. Deposit is non-refundable if within 30 days of arrival date.
Payment.
American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and checks accepted for deposit. Upon arrival, credit card or cash accepted for balance of stay. No checks accepted upon arrival. No refund for early departure.
Extra person.
Add $15 per person per night.
No Smoking.
Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside and ashtrays are provided. There is a minimum $50 cleaning fee for smoking inside.
Minimum Stay.
Applies on weekends, during special events and holidays, and during season.
Late Arrival.
For your convenience, if you will arrive after 6:00 p.m., call the office ahead of time for instructions on obtaining your keys.
Pets.
There is a $10 per pet per night charge, please no destructive pets and please keep them on leashes when outside.
