Welcome to the Crane Creek Inn Waterfront Bed & Breakfast.
Owners / Innkeepers, Gillian & Bob Shearer's aim is to provide you with true Florida living in a Key West Style relaxed atmosphere.
The main house was built in 1925 and is located on a direct tributary to the Indian River (Intracoastal Waterway) and Atlantic Ocean. Crane Creek Inn has 5 beautifully decorated guest rooms, 2 in the main house and we also offer 3 poolside rooms which provide a more Tropical flare! All rooms have private baths and Waterfront Views of beautiful Crane Creek alive with fish and fowl. You can enjoy many of the water activities, wildlife and the Hot Tub directly on the dock.
At Crane Creek Inn Waterfront Bed & Breakfast, we offer our guests the choice of 5 delightfully furnished rooms, all with en suite bathrooms, color cable television, central air and heat, telephone, WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION, hair dryer and irons for your convenience.
A few personal touches include our specially handmade all-natural soap, shampoo and conditioner. These amenities have been attentively selected by the Innkeepers and are made locally, exclusively for Crane Creek Inn Waterfront Bed and Breakfast.

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Our rates range between $100 and $175 per room, per night, plus applicable taxes. The Heritage Room has a pull-out queen sofa/couch which will accept two additional persons. The rate for each of the additional people is $25.00 per person, per night.
A 50% deposit, or the cost of one night's stay, whichever is greater, will hold your reservation with balance due upon arrival. Two night minimum on weekends and two or three night minimum on holidays.
Crane Creek Inn Waterfront Bed & Breakfast is a small inn and consequently cancellations affect us significantly. Cancellations made up to two weeks prior to your arrival will result in a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made in the two weeks prior to your arrival will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed date, you will be responsible for the full amount of the intended stay unless we are able to book all nights.
We are a non-smoking Bed & Breakfast. For the safety and pleasure of our guests, smoking is reserved for outdoor areas only.
We are an 'Adult Only' Inn, and as such, no one under the age of 18 years is allowed. If you have guests come to visit you at the Inn, for the benefit of the other guests, we ask that they do not bring children.
Check-in is 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Arrangements can be made for late arrivals. Check-out 11:00 a.m.
Visa, Mastercard, Diner's Club, Carte Blanche, American Express, Traveler's Checks (Cheques) and, of course, cash accepted.
We accept well-behaved dogs in two of our rooms at a charge of $10 per day, per pet.
