Our vacation home is the sensible alternative to cramped hotels for those seeking spacious privacy for their families and friends. Our vacation home allows our guests to vacation in central Florida in a home-away-from-home without compromising their standard of living. This vacation home is privately owned and features a swimming pool/spa, which is screened-in and heated (optional). The home is also has two master suites and two junior master suites. This extraordinary vacation home was designed, decorated, and furnished to accommodate discerning travelers with complete comfort and privacy for their families and friends. From our home's two balconies, you can see Disney's fireworks shows. There is an abundance of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and convenience stores within a few-minutes drive. Hi Kid's "Free DVD/VHS Movies and X-Box machine with games." Our vacation home also offers on-site management as well as 24-hour gated security. The Vistapark Resort management team is conveniently located at Vistapark Resort's reception center. Booking Details
Deposit of $350/week at time of booking.
Balance including any pool heating charges payable (60) days before arrival.
Pool heating $200/week if requested when booking. (Recommended between October to March). Pool heating can be arranged through the resort reception after arrival & is charged locally at $30/day. (If requested after arrival it takes a day for the pool to heat up but if pre-booked will be switched on before you arrive.)
$125 Cleaning fee for bookings of less than a week.
