As a Waco Vacation Home Rental, The Haley House, is located in the center of the city of Waco, minutes from the main Baylor campus, The Heart of Texas Coliseum, and the vast majority of entertainment and food venues. This vacation home has Baylor's Floyd Casey Stadium at it's back yard, Baylor's Track and Field Complex at the one end of the block, and the newly formed park for Baylor's RV's and Tailgaters at the other end.
Waco creek runs past the back yard and trees surround the home, both front and back. A large pecan tree sit in front of the home providing shade and a haven for birds and wildlife to play. Flower gardens and a patio complete the look
The one story home was newly remolded in 2010. Red oak flooring through out the home, gives it a rich feeling, while rugs in vibrate colors make it feel cozy and warm. Antique and vintage furniture and glassware graces the home, yet the all the modern conveniences are present.

For Baylor University special event weekends (Commencement, Parents' Weekend, Home Games at Floyd Casey Stadium, Homecoming) and holidays, there is a two night minimum and the rate is $200 per night for one to six guests. |

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
|
The Haley House requires a 2 nite minimum stay. A $150.00 damage/cleaning deposit and credit card number is required to reserve the home.(This deposit will be returned within 14 days after departure if the home is left as required in the lease agreement)
60 days prior to arrival 50% of the total is required and the balance 14 days before arrival. Payment can be made by personal check, travelers checks or credit card. A 13% tax is added to the base rater.
Cancellation policies are listed in the contract agreement and are structured according to stay and season. |
