Professionally redesigned and decorated to provide 4 bedrooms, each with large en suite baths and an eclectic mix of Mexican and Spanish style. Stone floors, granite counter tops, walk in glass showers, expanded kitchen suited for any gourmet cook with custom cabinetry and large island outfitted with all modern amenities. Dishwasher and a large laundry room add to your comfort.
The home is fully air conditioned with remote controlled hand regulators.
The ground floor consists of the spacious living room with ultra suede sofas and loungers, flat screen TV and Satellite service, a formal dining room seating eight, the custom kitchen, a covered outdoor terrace and one master with a king bed and en suite bath that overlooks the new private pool. The half bath for guests is in the foyer.
Upstairs is a grand master suite with king bed, custom furniture, a sitting area and desk for your laptop - high speed internet is included, another TV, and a grand bath with corner Jacuzzi and double sinks in the custom vanity. The 14x14 foot terrace for sunning is shared with the round domed master bedroom with king bed and private bath. Finally the fourth bedroom has a set of twins that can be made up as a king. A small balcony for two overlooks the garden and pool.
The aviary behind the garden area provides a private back yard. A hotel sized common pool and tennis court are on the grounds for your use.
Many guests enjoy this shaded area during the hottest afternoon hours. At night the palapa is illuminated, offering a comfortable place to reflect on the day while listening to the sounds of tropical birds.
