Villa Miragalli is a house of 135 square meters (1452 square feet) with a 1500-square-meter (16140-square-foot) garden, balconies and a terrace with fascinating views of the sea and the coast; suitable for max.six people.
There are two bedrooms, two toilets, a spacious sitting room with four/six sleeping places in a divan and a large kitchen with a dining area. There is a double bedroom with a balcony that has a sea view and a twin-bedded room with a window overlooking garden&rocks. One toilet has a shower while the other has a water closet and a wash-hand basin. The living area is a large room with a table, a fireplace, settees and a piano. There is also a balcony with a sea view, really you will see the sea everywhere!
The kitchen is full-equipped with a cooker, an oven, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, american cofeemaker,etc... You can also reach the kitchen by the garden and is linked to another living room furnished with a table and a fireplace. There is also a wide window which leads out onto the terrace.
Both the terrace and the garden have wonderful views of the sea the isles and the coast. Here you will find stone benches, tables, chairs, sun beds and sun loungers ready for sunbathing. There is a barbecue built into the stonewall, a gazebo and a wonderful amaca, and a garden-shower. The house has air-conditioning, central heating and satellite television (3), DVD, VCR,PS2, Mosquito Magnet, mobil phone, alarm, free internet broadband connection WI-FI. There is a cover parking area inside the grounds for 2 cars.

| All prices are in Euro; rentals are inclusive of maid service once a week/final cleaning, linen, gas. Booking deposit: 30% of total price; Balance: cash at arrival ; Security deposit: Euro 500,00 (paid locally by cash) at the time of arrival. The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage.Upon arrival at Villa Miragalli the property manager will ask you to present a copy of your passport and sign the inventory. |
