The house is located in a private, prime, resort subdivision in the tip of a peninsula in Nasugbu, Batangas. it is two hours drive from the City of Makati, Metro Manila. The resort subdivision is fully secured and only members and guests are allowed to enter the resort. The house is very near the beach and the beach club of the Peninsula de Punta Fuego.
The area is truly a vacation and rest area. But there is so much activity one can do during the day and the night, though normally the night is very quiet in the residential areas.l
There are usually special activities organized by the Club during weekends and holidays which add to the activities that one can enjoy.

| Rentals is for minimum of one overnight stay and for a maximum of 20 persons only. No loud music or noises are allowed. Cash Payments should be made through a bank deposit to our bank account prior departure for the resort from Manila. Deposit slips are provided to us. |
