The community of Tuscan Ridge can be found on US27, only 15 minutes drive away from the Disney World Parks. All bed linens and towels are provided. Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

A reservation deposit in the amount of $200.00 is required 7 days after your reservation request has been approved. Your reservation will be HELD until the deposit is received. Once received, your reservation will be considered RESERVED (guaranteed). Reservations cannot be guaranteed until the reservation deposit has been received. A security deposit in the amount of $250.00 is required at check-in. The security deposit is held to ensure that the property will be left in it's original condition. Security deposits will be returned in full providing a satisfactory inspection after check-out. Damages to the property can result in a full or partial loss of the security deposit. Payment is due 56 days prior to the check-in date. Your reservation will be RESERVED until the full payment is received. Once received, your reservation will be considered CONFIRMED.
