| Fees: $35.00 Processing fee, 13% Tax, Pool Heating (Not available May thru September) and a one time $85.00 cleaning fee if less than 6 night stay. For stays less than 5 nights, please add $10.00 to the seasonal rate. There is a $150.00 non-refundable / non-transferable payment required to reserve a property. There is also a $250.00 Security Deposit required; we do not charge this unless there are damages to the property. |
