| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
|
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. A deposit equaling 25% of your total base rental amount will hold your reservation until 60 days prior to your reserved arrival date. Within 60 days of your reserved arrival date your deposit must be increased to at least 50% of your total base rental amount to hold your reservation. You will be invoiced for the second 50% of your total rental amount plus housekeeping expenses within two weeks of your departure.
Please make all deposits and invoice payments with a check, money order or cashier's check. Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted via PayPal only.
The house is equipped with white carpeting, please remove your shoes in the foyer before venturing through the house. |
