With all the amenities of contemporary living set in island style and décor, Tropical Village Cottage is your ticket to a stress free vacation. Perfect for families, the house has ample living space and a second bedroom with two twin beds – ideal for children or traveling singles. The living room features a sofa, cable TV, VCR, and stereo with CD player. A private telephone line with answering machine keep you connected to the outside world. The adjoining, fully equipped kitchen has all the necessities, including, but not limited, to full sized fridge, large capacity microwave, blender and dishwasher. The second full bath lies adjacent to the kitchen.
The master bedroom with queen bed connects to a private sun room, complete a twin pull out love seat, an abstract tiled floor and private entrance. All the necessities are provided for you: A/C, ceiling fans, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and lush beach towels – you will need them: you are only a few blocks from the Atlantic shore

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Key West Hideaways Rental Policies
Rates.
Published rates are based on standard occupancy, do not include an 11.5 percent sales and room tax, are in U.S. dollars, and are subject to change without notice. Additionally there is a $25 processing fee charged for each reservation. Higher Rates may apply during Holiday Periods and / or Special Events.
Deposit.
Deposit equal to one night's stay or 50 percent of stay, whichever is greater, applies.
Cancellation. Full refund, less $50 cancellation fee, upon 30 days notice. Deposit is non-refundable if within 30 days of arrival date.
Payment.
American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and checks accepted for deposit. Upon arrival, credit card or cash accepted for balance of stay. No checks accepted upon arrival. No refund for early departure.
Extra person.
Add $25 per person per night.
No Smoking.
Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside and ashtrays are provided. There is a minimum $200 cleaning fee for smoking inside.
Minimum Stay. 3-7
Applies on weekends, during special events and holidays, and during season.
Late Arrival.
For your convenience, if you will arrive after 6:00 p.m., call the office ahead of time for instructions on obtaining your keys.
Pets.
There is a $20 per pet per night charge, please no destructive pets and please keep them on leashes when outside.
