Enjoy Florida Keys style living in this newly renovated stilt house surrounded by coconut palm trees. Located at Mile Marker 94 this house has three bedrooms upstairs with one queen bed, one king bed (or seperate into 2 twins) ,and a trundle bed. A full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room, spacious living room. Downstairs offers a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath , with a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, living/dining area and kitchenette. A screened patio and balacony provides a comfortable and tranquil vacation experience. The property is fenced in with ample parking for vehicles, boats and water toys.

Vacation Rental Amenities
There is 4 cable TV's and BBQ, a picnic table and a fish cleaning area for all the fish you're going to catch. Linens and all the little extras are provided. Guests have use of a secluded private beach, fishing pier and deep water boat ramp at the end of the block, a few minutes' stroll.

Activities and Attractions
Fishing, diving, snokeling, boat and jet ski rentals and two parks, John Pennekamp and Harry Harris Park are a few minutes in either direction. Resturants, shopping and all your needs are just minutes away in any direction. It's a one hour drive to Miami's trendy South Beach or 90 scenic miles to the heart of Key West.
This home is a wonderful "home base" for your Keys vacation! Our guests often return to their "home away from home", and we would love to have you stay with us, too!
