Designed to accommodate a large family or group, this three bedroom home has two full baths plus the quintessential Key West outdoor shower. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and the third has a queen bed, all have cable TV. With three private decks, there is ample space to get away from it all.
The living room features two queen sleeper-sofas, cable TV, VCR and stereo with CD player. The banquet table in the dining room is perfect for a kingly affair with seating for ten. A quiet reading room and private telephone line with answering machine sits between the dining room and the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and glass-top stove, plus an arrangement of cooking accessories that will make any chef smile. The largest house in The Tropical Village Compound, you can take advantage of the large heated pool, washers/dryers and sun deck, replete with gas grill. All the necessities are provided: A/C, ceiling fans, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryers, and lush beach towels.

Key West Hideaways Rental Policies
Rates.
Published rates are based on standard occupancy, do not include an 11.5 percent sales and room tax, are in U.S. dollars, and are subject to change without notice. Additionally there is a $25 processing fee charged for each reservation. Higher Rates may apply during Holiday Periods and / or Special Events.
Deposit.
Deposit equal to one night's stay or 50 percent of stay, whichever is greater, applies.
Cancellation. Full refund, less $50 cancellation fee, upon 30 days notice. Deposit is non-refundable if within 30 days of arrival date.
Payment.
American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and checks accepted for deposit. Upon arrival, credit card or cash accepted for balance of stay. No checks accepted upon arrival. No refund for early departure.
Extra person.
Add $25 per person per night.
No Smoking.
Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside and ashtrays are provided. There is a minimum $200 cleaning fee for smoking inside.
Minimum Stay. 3-7 nights
Applies on weekends, during special events and holidays, and during season.
Late Arrival.
For your convenience, if you will arrive after 6:00 p.m., call the office ahead of time for instructions on obtaining your keys.
Pets.
There is a $20 per pet per night charge, please no destructive pets and please keep them on leashes when outside.
