Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Deposit: A 20% deposit is required 21 days after booking confirmation.

Final Payment: Final payment is due 60 days prior to the guests arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If a guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the guest is requested to send an email or fax to Niseko Alpine Developments (Nisade) at their earliest convenience. No charges will be incurred for reservations cancelled within 10 days of confirmation. Reservations cancelled outside 60 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the amount of the deposit. Reservations cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 100% of total accommodation amount.
