This unit is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with unreal views of the Gulf of Mexico & sugar sands beaches of the Emerald Coast. Both the living room and the master bedroom offer sliding glass doors opening onto the balcony with the awesome views you see in the picture.
The unit is decorated with a bright Caribbean flair. It has a full kitchen, including a dishwasher, with all the cookware, dishes & utensils available for your use. The linens & towels are also provided as well as a washer & dryer for your convenience. The condo currently has 2 queen beds, a full bed, 2 twin beds, a sofa sleeper & rollaway. There is cable TV in the living room & bedrooms as well. This condo is spacious enough for a couple of families to vacation together.
Panama City Beach offers something for everyone, from parasailing, jetski rentals, sailboat or other boat rentals, shopping, golf, mini golf, go-carts, a water park, amusement park, marine park, restaraunts, and so many other things to do.

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
|
A $300 security deposit is required. This deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is necessary up to 30 days before the reservation date. After that, it is not refundable. Also, this converts to a damage deposit upon check-in. This will be refunded by mail after checking out as long as nothing is damaged or missing. If there is damage that exceeds the $300 already paid, full repayment of repairs/replacements will be pursued. If there is evidence of smoking inside the unit, the deposit will be applied to additional cleaning fees of the unit.
The cleaning fee is an additional $75, and taxes are 10%. Rates will be slightly higher during holidays.
There is a $300 security/damage deposit to reserve the condo today. |
