| Security: A down payment of half or your stay. Cancellation Policy: More than 21 days of your arrival, deposit is refunded less a $25.00 booking fee. With in the 21 days, your full 50% forfeited. There will be no refunds for the unused portions of the stay. Check-in: All reservations check-in at the rental office located at the Main House. Check-in guaranteed ready by 4:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am. Payment Policy: At the time of check-in, the balance must be paid. Late Arrivals: Will be set-up with reservation prior to your arrival. |
