This luxurious villa is close to nearly everything in the Orlando area. Boasts four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, and a pool with spa. The great room has a large screen cable TV, VCR and quality stereo CD player. To the rear of the Villa is your own enclosed private pool (complete with retractable pool cover) and spa on remote control. Comfortable reclining furniture is on offer to help ease away the strains of the day. The villa features alarms on all access points to the pool, giving those clients with young children a greater peace of mind. All in all we believe that we have included everything that you could possibly wish for to assist in your quest for the supreme Florida vacation. With only 2 traffic signs away from Disney World Drive and 2 minutes' from the Formosa Gardens shopping plaza featuring TGI's, Dairy Queen, Outback Steak House and a well stocked supermarket, we are convinced that our villa can provide you with the perfect setting, for a perfect Florida holiday. All reservations are due to a security deposit of US $500 per stay.
Taxes will automatically be added in the statement.
Pre-arrival clean is included in our rates for a stay of at least 5 days.
Customer will only be charged for extras if he/she explicitly demands for the option(s).
Options are: Pool heating: US$22 per day (with minimum of 4 days) or US$ 120 per week
Crib: US$ 30 per week
High Chair: US$ 30 per week
Rollaway bed: US$ 50 per week
