The property is three miles from the Cherry Capital Airport (TVC).The waterfront property includes 267 feet of sandy beachfront, an outdoor heated pool and spa. Front desk hours are 10 a. to 9 p. everyday and the property has daily housekeeping services. The amenities also include free parking, free local calls, a public hot tub.The property consist of 30 one-bedroom units on three floors, each with a private balcony or first floor walkout with spectacular panoramic views of beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay. Each condominium has spacious living of over 750 square feet and has been professionally decorated.
