This historic Bahamian-style Conch cottage is a prime example of turn-of-the-century island architecture. The modest two bedrooms, each with queen bed, two bath and queen sleeper-sofa is accented with Dade County pine walls, cathedral ceilings and island folk art, including original oil paintings, glass sculpture and antique furnishings. The dual head shower in the master bedroom can make for an intimate bathing experience for two or a hosing station for sandy kiddies. Modernity has not been sacrificed in this historical abode: a Bose Wave Radio/CD player, cable TV, VCR and private telephone line with answering machine help keep you connected to the outside world. And that's just the interior! Outside you will find a private Jacuzzi, gas grill for blackening that fresh catch and a full patio with place setting for six – perfect for a meal and hot soak beneath the stars.

Key West Hideaways Rental Policies
Rates.
Published rates are based on standard occupancy, do not include an 11.5 percent sales and room tax, are in U.S. dollars, and are subject to change without notice. Additionally there is a $25 processing fee charged for each reservation. Higher Rates may apply during Holiday Periods and / or Special Events.
Deposit.
Deposit equal to one night's stay or 50 percent of stay, whichever is greater, applies.
Cancellation. Full refund, less $50 cancellation fee, upon 30 days notice. Deposit is non-refundable if within 30 days of arrival date.
Payment.
American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and checks accepted for deposit. Upon arrival, credit card or cash accepted for balance of stay. No checks accepted upon arrival. No refund for early departure.
Extra person.
Add $25 per person per night.
No Smoking.
Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside and ashtrays are provided. There is a minimum $200 cleaning fee for smoking inside.
Minimum Stay. 3-7 nights
Applies on weekends, during special events and holidays, and during season.
Late Arrival.
For your convenience, if you will arrive after 6:00 p.m., call the office ahead of time for instructions on obtaining your keys.
Pets.
There is a $20 per pet per night charge, please no destructive pets and please keep them on leashes when outside.
