The Arts Retreat is located in the downtown Historic Quapaw District of Little Rock, Arkansas. It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, within two miles of The Arkansas Art Center, The Governor's Manson, The River Market District and Clinton Library, Arkansas Children's Hospital, The State Capital and next door to the Rosemont Bed and Breakfast.
It has a private living room with a sofa bed, an antique Iron bedstead in a separate bedroom, a full size kitchen and bath. The apartment has over a thousand square feet of private living space. The apartment is located within a six thousand square foot brick craftsman style house, built in the late 1890's.

The Arts Retreat comes alive with all original artwork, many of which may be purchased.
