Offering guests a home away from home at our townhouse which is in a very central location for those coming to Temple, Belton, or Killeen. We can offer full bed and breakfast facilities as part of your Texas vacation rental package or you are also welcome to rent the property as self-catering; the choice is yours. Guests enjoy the very close proximity to Lake Belton Dam and parks that are within a close 2-3 minute drive.
Texas Townhouse is a 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath, 2 Car Garage property on an estate of 3.7 acres located at the end of a private paved drive cul-de-sac street just off FM 2271 north of the intersection with FM 2305. Local people will know Kevins Restaurant which is within a stone's throw of our property. Is is easy to find so please don't hesitate to send us an e-mail if you are unsure of directions on how to find us.
The townhouse is newly furnished to a very high standard with central air conditioning and heating, broadband wireless internet, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen with ice maker in the fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, knife block, etc. We provide a generous supply of linens, towels, and pillows. All bedding is top quality with Beauty Rest and Sealy mattress sets. There is a fulll size Maytag washer and dyer with ironing board and steam iron. For those evenings where you may prefer to dine outdoors on the patio, we also provide a Weber outdoor charcoal bar-b-que grill along with an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs.
The townhouse comprises 3 double bedrooms, two with king size beds and one twin bedded room. There is an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen on the ground floor, ideal for socialising while preparing meals. There are extensive grounds with a patio off the dining area for 'al fresco' dining and relaxing to watch for the local wildlife. The house is decorated in calm neutral colours throughout and is furnished in a classic, comfortable Texas style. There is a large flat screen TV complete with cable and, for those who want or need to keep in touch with friends, or for business purposes there is high speed wireless internet available.
