Terra Mar Condominiums are located about 1 block from the Gulf of Mexico on beautiful South Padre Island, regarded by the Travel channel as the 3rd rated beach in the United States. All four of our condos are very spacious with 1200 sq. ft of living space and are very nicely appointed. South Padre Island is at the Tropical Tip of Texas and is but a couple of miles from the mouth of the Rio Grande River near Brownsville, Texas. The prevaling winds make this small island a windsurfer's paradise and is known for its deep sea fishing as well as bay fishing. It is also located along the North-South flyway and is visited yearly by bird watchers from all over the world.
