Orange Beach is a highly desirable destination, situated along the sugar-white sand beaches and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The area is a vacation paradise surrounded by lakes, bays, and lagoons.

Sunswept Condominiums is a low density condominium complex centrally located directly on the beach. Two elevators service the eight floors of this concrete high-rise. From your private balcony, enjoy the beautiful view of sunrises and sunsets, the large pool, the white sand beach, and the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Children can play in the grassy area adjacent to the pool, while their parents lounge by the pool. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Check-in from 3 pm to 5 pm at our office in Sunswept Condominiums, check-out by 10 am. Guests must be 25 years of age to check-in. Failure to call property prior to arrival will result in cancellation of reservation. Please note that the following resort fees will be collected at check-in, or in advance if a late arrival- 1 Bedroom- USD 162. 2 Bedroom- USD 184. 3 Bedroom- USD 207.
