Sundance is a year-round mountain community on 6,000 acres at the base of the 12,000-foot Mount Timpanogos in the north fork of Provo Canyon. In 1969, Robert Redford envisioned the careful growth of a community that would foster alliance of arts and recreation while preserving the integrity of the land.The heart of Sundance is the Sundance Village, complete with 95 guest cottage rooms, mountain homes, restaurants, an artisan center, and conference facilities tucked into the surrounding forest. The complex has restaurants, ski equipment rentals, and a full-service spa.All studios, suites, and mountain homes have varying amenities, but all feature fireplaces, refrigerators, microwaves, separate vanities and baths, and entertainment facilities.Please note that for reservations, 50 is non-refundable for cancellations up to 7 days prior to the arrival date. The balance will be automatically charged and is completely non-refundable 7days prior to your scheduled arrival date. All partial and total cancellations must be received 7 days prior to your arrival date to avoid penalties. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. From Dec 08 - Jan 01, 2012 The amount of 150 is non-refundable for cancellations up to 30 days prior to the arrival date. The balance will be automatically charged and is completely non-refundable 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
