Experience relaxed beachfront living in our bright, exciting and well-appointed 2BR/2Bth oceanfront condo. This southeast corner unit offers full, striking views of the Atlantic Ocean from nearly every room. Bright and cheery, this 2nd floor condo has been completely redecorated to reflect its oceanfront location.
In addition to the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, you'll enjoy furnishings which are new, cheerful and inviting - not typical "hotel furniture." Smartly decorated in light, bright pastel colors, this casual "Key West/Cape Cod/Beach" style includes furniture and artwork that have been chosen to reflect the relaxed ambiance of the local beach area.
While here, you'll enjoy stunning direct ocean views from the kitchen, living room, dining room and master suite. Sip your morning coffee in the master suite (with King bed), while watching the sunrise. If you prefer the ocean air, have breakfast (lunch, or dinner…) on your spacious, private balcony overlooking the sparkling pool and Atlantic Ocean.
The full size, key-accessed oceanfront pool offers total privacy and is also heated during the "cooler" months of the year (when temperatures can actually dip to a brisk 70 degrees. Brrrrr ) A boardwalk-walkway leads from the pool right onto the "no-drive" beach, just steps away.
Seawinds is a private building, with key/code entry only. Each guest is assigned a reserved parking spot in the gated, remote-access underground garage. (NOTE: Carts are always available in the underground garage for luggage & groceries. Additional parking - covered and uncovered - is available around the front and sides of the building. The building is Wheelchair Accessible.)

Monthly Rates: $2500 (January-April)
Weekly Rate: $1050(June-August)
Off-Peak Season Dates: May/Sept-Dec
Weekly Rate: $900
(Discounts may also be available during Off –Peak Season)
Daily Rate: $175.00

Saturday or Sunday arrivals can be arranged
Rates are subject to the 12.5% tourism tax and a one time $70 cleaning fee. Rates are subject to change unless deposit is received and reservation confirmed.
To secure a date, a $300 refundable security deposit is required. For stays greater than 3 weeks, a $500 refundable security deposit is required.
Reservation is confirmed when the deposit is received.
Full payment is required 30 days prior to scheduled visit. If you are making a reservation within the month, the rent and deposit is due at the same time. Deposit will be returned if there are no damages or excessive cleaning required.
No refund given if cancellation is made less than 14 days before scheduled visit.
