April-September -$1,400.00 a month plus (13%) hotel tax
Rates are based on season: No daily rentals. One week minimum stay
is required. $ 600.00 per week plus 13% hotel tax.
Long Term lease available at discount rates...6 months or over
A refundable deposit of $ 250.00 is required and will be returned
when property is inspected.
$ 100.00 condominium application fee (non-refundable)
$ 50.00 maid cleaning upon departure (non-refundable)
No Pets/No Smoking inside unit.
All payments must be received two (2)weeks prior to arrival.
