Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
Many villas, if larger that you require, will offer a privacy of the entire home and you only pay for the rooms occupied. -- Minimum stay is 3 days in the summer and 5 in the winter. Holidays , such as Christmas and new years require a 7 nights minimum. We require a 30% deposit to hold the reservation. Full text of policy is on our website as well.
