This completely renovated condo is on one of the top floors and overlooks pristine saltwater marshes and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. When you step out onto our balcony you will experience some of the most breathtaking, panoramic views on the entire island. Our condo includes crown moldings throughout, Pergo floors, a stone countertop and ceiling fans. Your kitchen is fully equipped for the days you want to eat in. There are two cabled televisions, including 7 HBO channels, and a DVD player. One of the pools is right downstairs, with a casual restaurant and convenience store right alongside. The boardwalk to the beach is also just downstairs or down the elevator and has a beach cabana and a snack bar at the end of it--right on the ocean! The golf course is next door, and we have six lighted tennis courts on-site.
We are located mid-Island, just north of Palmetto Dunes, along Singleton Beach. We are near great shopping, dining, golf, and all that Hilton Head has to offer! There is even a water park neaby, as well as a miniature golf course and an arcade. You can walk to the sandy beach on beautiful Atlantic Ocean via the Resort's private boardwalk. Bike trails begin at the front of our Resort and go all over the Island. There are three pools on property, including an indoor heated one. On property, you will also find 6 tennis courts (no additional fees), a hot tub, sauna, racquetball court, fitness equipment, indoor running track, and kiddie pool. Other amenities include a poolside restaurant/convenience store and a beach cabana at the end of the boardwalk that serves food and drinks right on the beach. Grocery stores and restaurants and shopping are nearby, as well as many golf courses, a miniature golf course and a water park!

| ~Cable includes 7 HBO channels. ~There are 2 cabled TVs - one in the living room, & one in the master bedroom. ~You can dial up from the villa. Wireless internet may also be available from the villa. It is free in designated areas at the Resort (building 3 common area and Coco's on the Beach, at the end of the boardwalk). You can also get it from The Island Grill and Deli, located poolside. They also have computers with high speed internet available to use for a fee. ~There are 3 shared pools on Resort property, including an indoor heated one which is nice in case of rain. The hot tub, steam room, sauna, fitness equipment, running track, and kiddie pool are in the same building as the indoor pool. Other shared amenities include 6 tennis courts, a racquetball court, grills, coin operated washers/dryers. Billiard table and table tennis are at the Island Grill and Deli, located poolside. |
