We offer the ultimate in home comforts in luxurious surroundings. We don't aim to beat prices but we do strive to provide a high quality, exceptional value vacation home for those looking for something a little more special.
Your comfort is our main priority and our home is beautifully furnished throughout, fully air-conditioned and has everything you could need to make this your vacation home from home.
Our service is second to none and we guarantee prompt and personal attention from the very first contact right through to your return home. We are on call for you 24 hours a day. We also spend the winters in Florida so are on hand should you need anything at all. When we are not there ourselves, our home is looked after by our local management company who are also on call for anything you may need.
Family Room
Our large and spacious open plan family room has a 52" wide screen high definition tv and a surround cinema sound system. The high cathedral ceilings have skylights offering plenty of natural daylight and there is plenty of seating for everyone with our large and extremely comfortable brand new living room suite with reclining sofa's and reclining rocking arm chairs.
Swimming Pool & Hot Tub
Our south facing pool, hot tub and sundeck are surrounded by a high beach themed fence giving you complete privacy and the area is fully screened to let the sun in and keep the bugs out. The lanai and patio area offer welcome shade and has a dining area. A safety fence and door alarms ensure the safety of the little ones. There is plenty of luxury, padded pool furniture including sun loungers, reclining chairs, sun chairs and foot stools.
Games Room
Our games room is a hit with all ages and has an 8 foot slate bed pool table, 7 foot professional air hockey table, table football, Playstation, plenty of boardgames and a tv and music system.
Gourmet Kitchen
Our fully Fitted kitchen has everything you could possibly need whether you are preparing a light snack or a full family meal and the large, top of the range gas BBQ is perfect for those balmy evenings by the pool. The south facing pool and spa is fully surrounded by an attractive beach themed fence giving you complete privacy.
Three King Bedrooms
We have three king bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite and the third has a private bathroom and is located at the front of the house giving a little extra privacy. All beds are luxury padded pillow top with high quality linens and two luxury designer bathrobes in each bedroom. All three bedrooms have televisions, dvd players, cable tv and ceiling fans and the two master bedrooms have access to the pool area. All bathrooms have hairdryers and plenty of luxury extra fluffy towels.
Two Children's Theme Rooms
Shrek's Kingdom and Nemo's Underwater Room are wonderfully themed for children and both have twin beds and share our fourth bathroom.
The two twin bedrooms both have tv's and dvd players.
Entertainment
We have a wide range of entertainment facilities including a large dvd collection with over 200 films, sit-coms, documentaries and Disney classics, a large book library with numerous titles to suit all preferences and a huge music collection with songs from many genres. We also have a wide selection of board games and children's books.

Check in time 4pm, Check out time 10am, we always try and accommodate late check out and early check in whenever possible
3 night minimum stay with additional cleaning fee due for stays of 8 nights or less.
$300 non-refundable deposit due when making reservation and final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
