Our spacious home is nestled in one of the closest communities to Disney. So close in fact you could easily nip home for a cooling swim or go back in the evening for the spectacular firework displays. We also give you a shortcut to avoid the traffic.
Your comfort is our main priority and Serendipity Villa is beautifully furnished throughout, fully air-conditioned and has everything you could need to make this your home from home.
The open plan large family room has a 52" wide screen high definition tv, dvd player and cable tv with over 400 channels and a surround cinema sound system. Our gourmet kitchen has everything you could possibly need whether you are preparing a light snack or a full family meal and the large, top of the range gas BBQ is perfect for those balmy evenings by the pool.
Our master suite has a luxury pillow-top orthopedic king bed, cable television and dvd player, ceiling fan, walk in closet and private access to the pool via the en-suite bathroom which has a double vanity unit, large shower cubicle and luxury bath.
Our second master has a padded-top king bed with cable television and dvd player, private access to the pool and an en-suite bathroom with full bath and shower.
Bedroom three, which is located at the front of the house giving a little extra privacy, has a padded-top king bed, cable tv and dvd, ceiling fan and private bathroom.
Shrek's Kingdom and Nemo's Underwater Room are wonderfully themed for children and both have twin beds and share our fourth bathroom.
All our bedrooms have Tv's and Dvd players and the three king bedrooms also have cable tv.
All bathrooms have hairdryers and we provide all your bath towels, pool/beach towels and linens.

Great Location:
Our beautiful home is situated in the much sought after area of Indian Creek, just over 3 miles to Disney and conveniently located for Highway 192. There are shops and a selection of restaurants in the shopping center close by. The community has a children's play area, tennis courts, football and games pitch, practice putting green and jogging path.
Superb Golf:
The fabulous Mystic Dunes Golf Club is a few minutes drive away and there are 150 golf courses within an hours drive of Orlando, as well as the prestigious David Ledbetter Golf Academy at ChampionsGate just ten minutes away.
Selection of Good Restaurants:
The Formosa Shopping Center is close by and has a selection of restaurants including TGI Fridays, Red Lobster and Outback Steakhouse. There is also a huge selection of shops and restaurants just a little further on the main US192 highway.
The hustle and bustle of downtown Kissimmee is just a few miles away.
Peace and Quiet:
Although Indian Creek is close to attractions, the neighborhood is far enough away from everything to offer peace and quiet and has a mix of both residential and vacation homes.
Shopping:
For a little retail therapy there are thousands of bargains to be had and some superb outlet centers and malls are within easy reach.
Beaches:
Although Orlando is central there are also some fabulous beaches under an hours drive away. On the east coast you will find the famous Daytona beach, Cocoa Beach and Palm beach to name a few and the west coast takes you to Clearwater and St Petersburgh.
