We offer 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3 wonderful bathrooms in this fantastic property, set back high on the hill.
We can accommodate up to 9 people in this spacious and luxurious property. Our aim is to provide you with those little extras that go a long way to ensure you have a truely memorable experience and find it hard to leave. We will meet you at Spaview on your arrival to show you around. We can also arrange anything extra for you, from having your groceries stocked on your arrival through to arranging your own personal chef for the evening.

Spaview is a short 10 minute drive from Queenstown International Airport along the beautiful shoreline of Lake Wakatipu.
We are a 4 minute drive to the centre of Queenstown. The position of Spaview makes the stunning views all the more incredible. Set high back on the hill allowing you to enjoy wonderful views across Lake Wakatipu with the breathtaking Remarkables in the background.

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
|
A minimum of 3 nights per stay is required.
A maximum of 9 guests per night.
Housekeeping every third day is included in the price. Daily servicing is available on prior request for an additional NZ$100 per service.
Rates are valid to December 2007.
Wireless Broadband internet access and local phone calls are free of charge.
All other telephone calls will be charged to your credit card following your departure

We offer a secure online credit card payment system. Please email us for details.
A deposit of 25% of the total stay price is required on booking.
Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation within 30 days of your stay will incur a loss of deposit.
Cancellation within 14 days of your stay will result in full payment being charged to your credit card.
Check in time is after 3pm. Checkout time is before 10am on day of departure. Other times available by prior arrangement.
Smoking is not permitted at Spaview.
We regret family pets and animals are not invited.
We recommend you arrange your own travel insurance prior to your stay.
Spaview Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to any guests or their property.
Spaview Ltd endeavours to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order. In the event of any malfunction, we will strive to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
