The central A/C can blast the heat with a push of the button. The adjoining, gourmet kitchen will satisfy the most demanding chef. If outside cooking is your forte, the gas grill under private veranda is your meal ticket.
The master bedroom includes one king bed, cable TV and full bath with vanity. The upstairs room, perfect for the kids, features a queen bed and skylight. Wash the beach sand off in the tiled downstairs shower or just jump in the heated pool – it is only a few steps outside your back door. Key West Hideaways Rental Policies
Rates.
Published rates are based on standard occupancy, do not include an 11.5 percent sales and room tax, are in U.S. dollars, and are subject to change without notice. Additionally there is a $25 processing fee charged for each reservation. Higher Rates may apply during Holiday Periods and / or Special Events.
Deposit.
Deposit equal to one night's stay or 50 percent of stay, whichever is greater, applies.
Cancellation. Full refund, less $50 cancellation fee, upon 30 days notice. Deposit is non-refundable if within 30 days of arrival date.
Payment.
American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and checks accepted for deposit. Upon arrival, credit card or cash accepted for balance of stay. No checks accepted upon arrival. No refund for early departure.
Extra person.
Add $25 per person per night.
No Smoking.
Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside and ashtrays are provided. There is a minimum $200 cleaning fee for smoking inside.
Minimum Stay.
Applies on weekends, during special events and holidays, and during season.
Late Arrival.
For your convenience, if you will arrive after 6:00 p.m., call the office ahead of time for instructions on obtaining your keys.
Pets.
There is a $20 per pet per night charge, please no destructive pets and please keep them on leashes when outside.
