We have just returned from Sosua and are pleased to announce that the new Condo at The Palms is ready to receive guests
The Palms was built by the same couple that built Tradewinds, it was originally operated as a resort, during the last year it has been converted to condo units, each unit has been totally remodeled. We have purchased unit #21, a 2 bedroom 3 bathroom unit overlooking the pool and gardens.
The condo is fully equipped, the kitchen boasts a large refrigerator & full sized stove, pots, pans, knives, dishes, tee kettle, coffee maker, blender and toaster, a lime squeezer is included for making those perfect cocktails.
There is ample cupboard space and a nice sized tiled worktop.
The attached dining area has a table and 4 chairs, ceiling fan and sliding glass doors onto the screened in balcony.
The living area adjoining the dining room has a stereo cable TV with a pair of Bose speakers through which you can also play your own iPod, walkman or any other portable device with a headphone jack.
A DVD/MP3/CD player with onscreen MP3 music directory and a selection of music for your convenience.
The living room also opens onto the huge screened in porch.
