Unit 25 at Tradewinds is owned by Ron & Audrey Read who live in Minneapolis MN. and is located on the 3rd floor at Trade Winds, affording a view over the garden and pool area with the ocean and mountains in the background.
We have been visiting Sosua for over 5 years and plan on moving to the Dominican Republic in the near future.
Although our condo is a 1 bedroom we do work with other Tradewinds owners that rent their condos, so if you have a larger party please let us know your needs and we will do our best to meet them.
If this is your first visit to the area we can arrange to meet you at the airport and transport you to Tradewinds at a modest charge.
Enjoy the view from the balcony while you dine, or relax for an evening cocktail in one of the rattan rockers.
The unit is fully equipped, Color TV with satellite cable, DVD\MP3\CD player (Zone 1 DVD) blender, toaster, pots and pans, coffee maker, dishes, knives, bed linen, in fact everything you might need for a relaxing stay.
A cell phone is available at a nominal charge.
Maid service is available by prior arrangement.
The walk from the main road to the Condo is quite steep so this should be taken into consideration. Taxis are easily found in Sosua which is about a 10 min walk from the condo. But for those who enjoy the convenience of calling a cab to make their trips to the beach or one of the many local restaurants we can supply a cell phone at a small charge, we can also supply you with the numbers of a couple of very reliable and friendly cab drivers.
