Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Security Deposit :
The security deposit will be refunded in full,unless there is damage , loss of property or
additional necessary clean up, in which case the cost will be deducted from the deposit. If the keys are lost, the cost of re-keying the cabin as well as replacing multiple sets of keys will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation :
When we are notified 21 days in advance prior to first day of rental, or 60 days prior to a holiday rental, full refund of the rental amount will be made. However, when cancellation is given
for a shorter period of time, less than 21 days for a normal rental or 60 days for a holiday
rental, no refund will be made until the cabin is re-rented for an equal or greater period of
time. There are no refunds due to weather. All cancellations will be confirmed with the
renter via phone. If you have not received a call, please contact us to make sure we
received the cancellation notice.
