As you enter this beautiful chalet, you walk into a large open living area which includes a den, kitchen, and dining area. The den has TV/DVD, and a wood-burning fireplace. A wall of windows looks out into nature and the mountains. The hot tub is located on the deck just outside. The fully furnished kitchen contains all you will need to prepare meals. Just bring your own food. It has a large ceramic tile bar with seating for 4. The dining area has a large table with seating for 8. Also situated on the main level is the spacious master bedroom which has a king size bed and an adjoining full bath with whirlpool tub. It has its own TV and personal access to the main level deck.
Upstairs you will find the loft with a queen size sleeper sofa. There is also another spacious bedroom with a king size bed and adjoining full bath with whirlpool tub. It has a wall-mounted TV and a comfy chair for reading. This bedroom also has its own private balcony with marvelous views of the Smoky Mountain National Park.
The game room, located on the lower level, has a pool table, air hockey table, and a wall-mounted TV. A queen size sleeper sofa in the game room allows space for 2 more to sleep. There are two doorways to give you access to the wrap-around ground level deck. A full bath with shower is adjacent to the game room. Also on this level is the third bedroom which has a queen size bed and adjoining full bath with whirlpool tub. There is a TV and private access to the ground-level deck.
The driveway and all roads are paved, with parking for three vehicles on private drive. Cobbly Nob roads are kept clear during inclement weather by the homeowners association. Being in the Village of Cobbly Nob provides you with privacy and 24-hour security. You also have access to the community's tennis courts and three pools.
