This is a ground floor unit. The Living Room/Bed Room is one room and contains a Loveseat, 2 Drawer Nite Stand with Cable TV/VCR, Alarm Clock/Radio, Dinette Set and a Wall Unit with a Queen Size Pull Down Murphy Bed. The small Kitchen has a Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Coffee Maker and Blender for making those Tropical Drinks! It has a small Bathroom that consists of a Shower and Toilet. The Condos have an Ice Machine (for the Beach Cooler) and a Laundry Room.
The rental price includes all Utilities, Cable TV and FREE Wireless High Speed Internet Service. There are no other charges other than taxes & a one time cleaning fee. This is a small studio with a "GREAT LOCATION" at the Right Price to Escape from the Daily Grind and Relax in the Warm Sun.

Above Rates are Discounted for monthly stays. ALL CHARGES INCLUDED IN ABOVE RATE! No other additional fees other than a $65.00 cleaning fee at check-out. We accept Checks, Money Orders and Cash. We do not accept credit cards. Minimum Security Deposit of $350.00 which is due at booking along with 1/2 the rent and the balance due 90 days before arrival. The Security Deposit is refundable upon checkout minus the cleaning fee. Check in is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 10:00 AM. Cleaning services available at additional charge. No refunds less than 30 days prior to arrival.
