Dining Information
The AI programme consists of breakfast (06:30-10:30), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (18:30-22:30), all buffet style with live cooking, served in the main restaurant. During breakfast tea, coffee, hibiscus tea and orange canned juice are offered; during lunch & dinner, tea, coffee, canned juices, draught beer, draught soft drinks, local wine and mineral water (by the glass). Snacks such as hot dogs, French fries, cheese burgers and chicken sandwiches are available between 15:00 & 17:00 at the pool area, as well as light pastries from 10:30-12:00 at the pool bar and finger sandwiches from 22:30-01:00 at the lobby bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks by the glass like whiskey, brandy, vodka, gin, rum, wine, beer, canned juices, mineral water, tea and coffee are served at the lobby bar (10:00-01:00), the pool bar (10:30-23:00), the Oasis bar (11:00-sunset) and the beach bar.

The Sierra offers a babysitting service (available upon request), multi-purpose banquet rooms which are elegantly furnished and offer state of the art equipment including: data shows, overhead and slide projectors, laptop computers, microphones, podiums, flip charts, laser pens and plasma screens. The Savoy venue halls and rooms include the Fayrouz Hall, the Egypt Hall and the Executive meeting rooms.

Transportation Information
The Sierra Sharm El Sheikh is 6 km from the citys main international airport. Transportation from the hotel to the beach (although the distance is very small) is provided on a daily basis every 30 minutes.
