Authentic beach house, knotty pine ceilings, walls and kitchen cabinents. Located on a quite street in Garden City, walking distance to the beach. Children's park with two gazabos, barbeque grills and marsh walk at end of block. 4/10 mile to great beach. Garden City Pier, amusement rides, McDonalds and shopping all less than a mile. House has large living room/dining room for all your guests. King size bedroom with TV, Queen size bedroom with TV, 2 Twin beds in third bedroom. Wicker chairs and day bed in front section of living room. Great for curling up and reading a great book. Large bookcase in livingroom with tons of books and videos for your enjoyment. Computer also provided. Gas grill in the yard for barbeques. Teak picnic set in yard. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the wicker table and chairs on enclosed back porch or rock in the old fashion rocker.

Beach chairs, large beach umbrella and boogie boards included. Laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Bikes, crabbing equipment.
