Area towns and monuments:
Sedona's red rock country and its environs offers visitors spectacular scenic driving opportunities. Some of the scenic drives include: Red Rock Loop Road, Boynton Pass Loop, Page Springs Loop, Oak Creek Canyon and Schnebly road if you have an SUV.

A number of ancient ruins, including Pilatki, Honanki, Wapatki, some with petroglyphs and pictographs, are a short drive. Alsp see Montezuma's Castle or Well, as well as Tuzigoot National Monument.

Jerome is an old mining town turned ghost town which has been revived in recent years. After being abandoned, hippies moved in and turned it into an art colony. Perched on the side of a mountain about a spectacular, 45 minute drive from Sedona, visitors can walk the winding old streets and glimpse life as it was lived at the turn of the century. Numerous shops and galleries offer diversions and several restaurants will feed and refresh the weary.

Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
- A minimum 2 nights booking required on most weekends during busy season.
- A hearty sit-down breakfast is included
- Rates are quoted for single or double occupancy. See "ROOMS & RATES" page.
- A deposit of one night's lodging is required to hold a reservation of two nights or less.
- For stays of three or more nights, a deposit of 50% is required. Credit cards are preferred for deposits, otherwise, check must be received within 7 days to secure reservation.
- 10% pre-tax discount is offered for stays of four nights or longer on the Standard rate - does not apply to 2 bedroom suites.
- Ten day cancellation is required for full refund. Full refunds will be made only if specific rooms are booked for all days. A $25, cancellation fee will also be deducted.
- All rooms/suites have private entrances and baths, ceiling fans, heat & A/C controls, hair dryers, alarm clocks, refrigerators, coffee makers, microwaves and TV's, some with VCR's.
- Children over 12 are warmly welcome.
- Check-in time is between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m.
- Checkout time is at 11:00 a.m.
