seeking a natural setting to unwind from the accelerated pace of everyday living...a
place to pause and smell the roses along the way. Offering you a secure and comfortable
place to call home, surrounded by an abundance of rich, green forests, it is high
in the Balsam Mountains at a 4,000 foot elevation. Here the air is cool and crisp,
and the balcony views of the mountain ranges and valleys are breathtaking. Borders
the Blue Ridge Parkway. Unwind in one of the rustic cottages or lodge, all nestled
in close proximity to each other, but tucked away among the trees to give each
one a secluded feeling. There is 1 unit and the main lodge. <br><br>
Rosemount Lodge is the main house in the enclave with four tastefully furnished bedrooms, 3 baths, a full size kitchen and a large family room with wood burning stone fireplace. Step out from the dining room/library to a spacious covered porch with 180 degree long-range views of the mountains - a spectacular sight, especially at sunset. 1850 square feet. <br><br>

Smoky Mountain Getaways Policies & Procedures
PAYMENT: A reservation deposit equal to 50% of the total rental amount will be due 10 days from the time of reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Master Card & Visa are accepted. Personal checks are accepted up to 30 days before arrival date.
SECURITY DEPOSIT of $100-$500: Will be secured by holding a credit card number. Deposits may be used to repair damages or to replace missing contents.
LODGING PROTECTION PROGRAM: For your protection, we offer insurance that protects you against monetary loss due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness and injuries that may necessitate the cancelling of your reservation.
WATER: Most units are on a well or spring. Please use the water conservatively as unlike municipal water, the supply is limited.
WHAT TO BRING: We recommend that you bring all paper products, trash bags, detergents, toiletries, beach towels and charcoal for grills
