Villa Rodia is located in Ksamoudochori, near the famous tourist-resort of Platanias, in Chania, in the Island of Crete, just 3km south of the sandy beach of Maleme with its many restaurants.
Villa Rodia is a stone built maisonette, with its own pool, large gardens, wooden gazebo and underground marble hammam.
It offers a breathtaking view to the magnificent natural scenery full of vineyards and olivegroves, as well as the endless Mediterranean Ocean.
In the large garden there is also a stone barbecue and comfortable garden furniture.
Villa Rodia accommodates up to four persons in its two beautiful rooms with the comfortable king-size and queen bed respectively. Villa Rodia features wooden floors and ceilings, comfortable hand-made furniture, central heating, air-conditioning, two fireplaces (one in the master bedroom), two impressive marble bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi bathtub) and a fully equipped fitted kitchen with all modern amenities.
Villa Rodia is fully equipped (Satellite TV, CD-player, DVD-player, PC with internet access, direct ISDN line, Fax machine etc) and is the only "self-catering" property in the area of Chania combining the privacy and independence of a vacation rental with the services and the comfort of a 5-star hotel.

In order to confirm reservations, a 50% deposit is required.
Full refund applies for cancellations made at least two months prior to arrival.
Remaining balance is settled on departure either in cash or credit card.
There is no minimum stay or change-over day, although a discounted rate is offered for two-week stays as well as early bookings. |
