Just 50 miles from the coast of Florida, Riviera Villas is an apartment complex offering 2 bedroom apartments for rent for short term vacations -an alternative residence to a hotel room
Our apartment complex is situated on the south shore of the island on the rear half of an ocean lot at Lucaya Beach. Our complex consists of 3 two storey buildings, each building having 8 apartments. Each building is separated by a landscaped area of tropical shrubs, flowers, palm trees and a lawn area, where you can set up your lawn chair to relax.
Riviera Villas are 2 storey garden style apartments. Our fully furnished apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room with tropical furniture, dining room, one bath and kitchen with fridge, stove and all utensils. Linens are included. Our staff will take great care of you while you stay with us, whether on vacation with your family or traveling on business.
Apartment Features: Lots of room in each apartment. Two separate bedrooms away from the living area ensure private sleeping arrangements for families. Each apartment has access to a common outdoor picnic area. In addition, each apartment has a television, cable TV, AC, telephone, and a lounging area. Fully equipped kitchen, microware, toaster, coffee maker, bedrooms with king size bed and double bed, ceramic tile throughout, use of washers and dryers.

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Unlike the hotels, we do not charge a per person, per night tax.
RENTAL RATES are quoted in US dollars and are for the apartment - not per person. $50 per rental maid and cleaning charge. Maid Service provided on check-in and check-out. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental is required within 7 days of booking. If such deposit is not received within 7 days, the reservation is subject to cancellation. Rental payments may be made by personal check if 30 days in advance or money order. Full rental payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Minimum Stay Policy: A minimum of 7 nights is required for special High season weeks. There are smoking and non-smoking apartments. TERMS AND CONDITIONS are subject to change without notice. |
